Change doesn’t come unless you PUSH yourself.

Are you sweating? GOOD!
Do you feel your arms shaking so hard that you feel like you’re going to collapse, but you never actually do because your body is getting stronger? GOOD!
Are you breathing really hard? GOOD!
Do you feel that knot forming in your stomach after you’ve done some upper and lower oblique crunches? GOOD!

Do you feel like you’re going to die because you’re actually doing work and pushing yourself instead of sitting there complaining about it? FABULOUS!

THAT’S CALLED EARNING YOUR BODY.

I’m earning mine EVERY day by living a healthy active lifestyle and getting educated about what my body needs to get and stay healthy.
Exercise, eat clean, and PUSH YOURSELF out of your comfort zone.

You want to see change?
